We are so excited your son or daughter will be attending City Church KiDS Camp this June! 

This camp is for rising 1st Graders through rising 6th Graders and takes place from 9:00AM to 12:00PM at our Sessions Road Campus (Check-In will begin at 8:30AM each morning).

Please fill out the form below for each child that will be attending. If you are signing up multiple kids, you will be prompted after you complete this form to submit an additional form for each child.
