Bryan Szendel is from Jacksonville, Florida where he went to high school with his then-girlfriend, now-wife, Leslie. They were married on May 14, 2011. Bryan is a Senior at FSU where he is studying Communication and Philosophy. In Fall 2012, he will begin seminary classes at Southern Seminary with the intention of being trained as a church planter. Bryan and Leslie have been serving at City Church since they first arrived in Tallahassee in 2008. Bryan previously served as First Impressions Director and now works as City Church's Youth Pastor. He also works at Governor's Crossing Publix as Customer Service Staff and his wife Leslie is a Hairstylist at Chelsea Salon and Spa.
